Shipping
- The shipping cost are location-dependent and may change over time. Final shipping fees will be determined and collected post-campaign and closer to our shipping date. E.g., due to the tariffs' uncertain influence, shipping price to US may increase.
- Note that these are estimated shipping costs for the rewards. Add-ons will be calculated separately.
- The prices on the campaign page are net values and will be increased by applicable taxes. In the EU and UK, VAT will apply, and in the US, sales tax will apply (in some US states). Tax will be calculated and displayed before the pledge is approved and charged with the order value. Tax on shipping fees will be charged with the shipping fee in Pledge Manager.

Risks and challenges
Although Win or Die is our first crowdfunding project, we have released several highly acclaimed high-quality board games in the past year, including Tailor Master, Safari Witness, and Journey to The West: Eighty-one Perils.
The Chinese version of Win or Die has already been mass-produced and well-received in China, standing the test of time. Therefore, the production and optimization of this English version are built upon a solid foundation of reliable manufacturing experience.
We also have an office in China, which allows us to communicate more efficiently with the factory to ensure production quality and efficiency. This also enables us to significantly shorten the estimated delivery time compared to other products of similar level.
That being said, delays may still occur due to sample tuning, customs, or unknown factors, as we have made significant optimizations and redesigns to the components. We will do our best to avoid risks while ensuring production quality, and will keep you updated on the progress through Gamefound and our official social media.
In terms of fulfillment, we have partnered with the trustworthy Quartermaster Logistics, who have extensive experience in crowdfunding fulfillment and will make every effort to minimize risks.
Lastly, please note that the images displayed on the crowdfunding page are not the final products. We will continue to refine and optimize the products throughout the production process to ensure that the board game you purchase is of great value.
Refunds and cancellation
During the crowdfunding campaign, you can freely modify or cancel the order. Gamefound only collects your payment at the end of a successfully funded campaign.
If you're using the Immediate payment option, you'd not be able to modify the pledge within the campaign (but will be able to do so in the pledge manager). To cancel a pledge, kindly reach out to us, and we can issue a full refund during the campaign period.
After the campaign, if you would like to revise part of your pledge or cancel your order, simply contact our customer support team to request a partial refund or cancel the order. We offer an 85% no-question-asked refund (15% goes toward payment processing, Gamefound, and administrative fees).
Refunds are still available until the Pledge Manager closes, failure to complete the pledge manager before the deadline may lead to delay or forfeiture of your pledge rewards.
If you receive the game with damaged/missing components, our customer service, upon contact, will be happy to send a replacement.
